Class Enrollment & Cancellation
If minimum enrollment is not met for an 8-hour Driver Improvement (DIP) class, Steer Clear reserves the right to cancel the class. Any student who has already paid will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer tuition and enrollment to the next available class. Advance notice will be provided via email once the decision to cancel has been made. Steer Clear is not responsible for missed communications due to failure to check or monitor email.

Steer Clear is not legally liable for any court-imposed sanctions, fines, fees, license suspensions or revocations, or employment consequences resulting from a student’s inability to complete a course on time or due to class cancellation.
